Grade the organisation, not just the asset.

Two buildings on the same street, built the same year to the same code, are not the same risk — and nothing in a schedule of values says which is which. DSI reads the organisation that runs the building: how it is governed, what it has deferred, what the public record already says about it. Then it prices that, through one engine, and puts the result somewhere capital can see it.

Evidence carries its own grade. A measurement outranks a stated fact, and an absence is declared rather than guessed at.
A party-neutral matching exchange: one assessment per organisation, which no participant may fork.
Where there is no source, the screen says so. It will show “no source yet” before it shows a number nobody measured.
